Portable test device for the fast checking of the wedging (seating and regularity) of stator windings.

An automatic measuring sensor is passed along the stator slot. At set intervals, the sensor strikes the wedge seat with an impact body and measures the rebound energy.

The tighter the fit of the wedge seat, the higher the measured value.
